St. Regis Sunny Isles Beach – The Residences is a two-tower oceanfront community by Chateau Group, set on 4.7 acres with 435 linear feet of beachfront on Collins Avenue. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Anastassiadis, the 62-story towers take their cues from private yacht design. It is a fully private residential building managed by The St. Regis Hotel Company, with no hotel and no transient use. Completion is expected in 2027.
