Sources: Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA) and Florida Realtors (residential); Freddie Mac PMMS (mortgage rates); Cushman & Wakefield, Newmark, CBRE, Avison Young, Ironmark and Lee & Associates (commercial and pipeline). ORRA expanded its coverage to Orange, Osceola, Lake, Seminole and Volusia counties starting in April 2026 and restated 2025 on the same basis, so year-over-year comparisons are like for like; July’s median was reported as $389,999 on the previous basis and as $410,494 on the new one. Months of supply and active listings come from secondary sources citing ORRA, and some Cushman & Wakefield figures come from a secondary source (TenantBase). Commercial sources use different methodologies, so all are shown rather than an average. Downtown Orlando mixed-use projects are not included because their status could not be verified.
