Sources: MIAMI REALTORS + RWorld and Florida Realtors (residential); Freddie Mac PMMS (mortgage rates); Colliers, Berger Commercial, Newmark, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE and Avison Young (commercial and pipeline). Broward single-family data for January was not found, so it is missing from the monthly charts. Condo medians for March were not available for Miami-Dade. Only seven weekly mortgage readings were found for the quarter. Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE (Miami-Dade industrial) and Avison Young figures come from secondary sources. Commercial sources use different methodologies, so all are shown rather than an average. Retrospective edition prepared in October 2026. Informational purposes only; not investment advice.
