Sources: Orlando Regional REALTOR Association (ORRA) via Florida Realtors (residential); Freddie Mac PMMS (mortgage rates); CBRE, Lee & Associates and Cushman & Wakefield (commercial and pipeline). Q1 figures are on ORRA's previous, narrower coverage and are not comparable with Q2 and Q3, when ORRA expanded to five counties. The March median is reported as $385,000 by one source and as $395,000 by another; both are secondary sources citing ORRA, so it is not shown as a chart. January residential data, and Orlando office and retail figures for Q1, were not found. Only seven weekly mortgage readings were found. Commercial sources use different methodologies, so all are shown rather than an average. Retrospective edition prepared in October 2026. Informational purposes only; not investment advice.
