About this development

2000 Ocean is a 38-story oceanfront condominium tower in Hallandale Beach, rising on a quiet stretch of beach just south of Golden Beach. Designed by Enrique Norten of TEN Arquitectos, with landscape by Sasaki and developed by Kar Properties, the glass tower is limited to 64 residences and looks east over the Atlantic and west over the Intracoastal Waterway.

Every residence has a private oceanfront terrace to the east and a garden-facing terrace to the west, so sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the Intracoastal can both be enjoyed from home. The collection includes half-floor residences, full-floor penthouses and a single duplex sky villa with a private pool deck. Homes are delivered fully finished and furniture-ready, with kitchens by Boffi, Gaggenau appliances, stone flooring and floor-to-ceiling glass.

Italian design brand Minotti makes its first residential-tower collaboration in the United States here, furnishing the lobby lounge, pool terraces and amenity spaces and offering personalized interior design services to residents. Amenities include a private beach, pool terraces, fitness, spa and wellness facilities, a meditation room, valet parking and a personal concierge.
